The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson:I find that I keep picking books for assignments that I'm doing for my English class. Originally I had grabbed a different book and hated it so much that I had to change my book. I saw this book on the shelf and I knew that I had to read it. I had heard so many good things about this book and it 100% lived up to my expectations. This book is set in Sweden and my only complaint is that some of the words were a little bit hard to pronounce. Other than that though, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Some of the parts can be quite gruesome, but they fit into the story very well. I felt like the gruesome/ inappropriate parts weren't just there to be there. they served a purpose. So if that's the only reason that you're not reading this book I would highly suggest picking up a copy and reading it. As I said before, great book. I was very impressed, and it lived up to all of my expectations.

Anthem by Ayn Rand
Anthem by Ayn Rand, was yet another book that I had to read for school. I honestly thought that I was going to hate this book, but surprisingly it was pretty good. This book is set up in a communist society. The whole book is centered around Equality 7-2521. The book is from his point of view. Since he was little he had always felt like he had been missing something. He was different than most of the others and many people didn't like it. He was always guilty for the transgression of preference because in this society everything is supposed to be equal. The plot was a solid plot, and while you can see some of the big reveals for lack of a better word coming, many of them are unexpected. I think that just that fact alone was enough to make me like the book. Like I said it was a good book. It wasn't the best book I've ever read, but it also wasn't the worst book I've ever read. Overall it was a good book and I really enjoyed it.

Unwind by Neal Shusterman
Unwind by Neal Shusterman
This was a book that I had to read for school as one of my assignments. At first I was quite hesitant to read this book as the last book that I read for school was awful. This book was not the type of thing that I usually read. How far in the future this is set isn't clear, but it is set in the United States. The premise of this book is that there was a war called the heartland war. The two sides of the war were pro choice and pro life. In order to appease both sides, an agreement was forced. The agreement states that you have to keep a child until the age of thirteen. Between the ages of thirteen and eighteen that child can be unwound. Both sides agreed to this, because it was stated that the child would still be alive. The process of unwinding is when they basically take a child apart while they are still alive and sell their parts to the people who are in need of those parts. For example, amputees who had lost a leg would pay for a new one from an unwind. The story follows three unwinds who are trying to escape so that they are not unwound, now as boring as this may sound, this book was well written and totally worth the money and time. Like I said before this story was good but not for the faint of heart. Some parts can get quite disturbing and quite graphic. This is a three part series and I definitely plan on reading the other two books so stay tuned for some more updates from me this month. :)
Hope you guys go read this,

Crave and Sacrifice by Laura J. Burns & Melinda Metz
Crave Series by Melinda Metz and Laura J. Burns
Both of these books were well written. I loved them. They take the view of a traditional vampire love story, like Twilight, and they blur it. In the first book, It is all about Shay, the sick girl. and in the second book it's all about the connections that are made and lost. I can't say that much about it without giving away parts of the major plot, but I enjoyed both of these books a lot.

The secondhand charm
Firelight
This book is amazing. Not only is it paranormal and romance, it also has action. Firelight, is a wonderfully written book and I would definitely recommend it. This book is about a forbidden romance and also explains the importance of family. You definitely need to read firelight by Sophie Jordan

The Summoning
I finished this book yesterday at like eleven and I was so upset because I couldn't get the next book. I was begging my dad to et it for me no such luck. Anyways as I am pretty sure you can tell by now I really enjoyed this book. It doesn't include a love triange, but instead supernaturals (I won't tell you how they relate) there are all diffrent kinds. I don't know how I can sumerize this without giving anything away. All I can say is keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Ok I know that was a huge cliqshe. Any ways this book gets five stars hands down it was the BEST book I have EVER read.

Fallen
Fallen, by Lauren Kate, was absolutly one of the best books I have ever read. This book has a love triangle, however it only lasts for one book, and is not the main focus of the book. This book is about angels. It involves Luce, one of the main characters who is human. and Daniel whois her soul mate. the two of them fal in love and travel through time. Their love is very complicated and even they can't quite understand it. It was ne of the best books I have ever read and one of the only ones that made me cry.

The body finder
The body finder by Kimberly Derting is a good book, but the first chapter is a little bit boring. I absolutly psitivly loved it though. This book doesn't contain a ove triangle, but it does contain murderers. it was totaly interesting, as violet the main character tries to catch a murderer. She also falls in love with one of the other main characters shoker. All in all it was a beautifly written book
